The logical thing to do is live. That's right, live. Spock is resurrected to the beloved Kirk who rescues him from Planet Genesis, disobeying Starfleet orders to do so. But nonetheless, Kirk is relieved to have his comrade back in action, even though his memory may have been taken away from him.

In this third film of the franchise, Spock is resurrected from death, a special ceremony performed by his people to rejoin his spirit from Dr. McCoy. After the much debated Spock's death in Star Trek II, the fans were rejoiced, when Spock returned to the silver screen. This film also marked the directorial debut from actor Leonard Nimoy.
